Yes, although they will require some unlocking via achievements/secrets.
I am most interested in playing as the gnome.
The last character will be Super QuackHook.

SQH is absolutely one of the top iPhone games, at least one of my favorites. I typically will play a single game for a short while and then be over it. But I keep coming back to SQH! Same thing happened with Hook Champ....

Gnomey and Aldora, the demon woman, will be free. We're charging for the other characters. That is, the Hook Champ characters and Super QuackHook will be paid DLC.
I miss my Zelle in the night suit and bunny ears! I sure hope y'all make a hook bounty hunting game starring my girl with the kooky accent since she ain't makin it into quickhook.
