The composer behind Hook Champ, Amon26, has made seven all new songs for the next Hook Champ update! More music, especially during the levels themselves, has been a long standing request for the game. Here's a download of one of those new songs, as a preview:

Two new composers are making music for our next game, Super Quick Hook. You can hear some examples of their music in the last trailer. They also have a bunch of music on their respective websites.

Quick HC-style tutorial

Here is a (hopefully) a self-explanatory tutorial for the process of making HookChamp-style sprites. Hook Champ currently uses 16x16 while the template shows the result with 18x18 pixel tiles. The sample picture is enlarged; click here for a PSD file for exact scaling.
